Yes, all cars in the RaulRent fleet are 100% insured. Unless there is a gross violation of rules by the driver (drunk driving, fleeing the scene), accident costs are fully covered by insurance.

For most of our cars and especially for long-term corporate contracts, the mileage limit is unlimited. Some special economy class cars may have a daily limit of 250-300 km, which is transparently noted in advance during the contract.

The prices shown on our website or in the offer presented to you are final prices. The price includes car rental, insurance, and 24/7 technical support. There are no hidden costs or subsequent commissions.

We provide completely deposit-free services to our regular customers and B2B corporate partners. For foreign guests and first-time individuals, a small security deposit may be required depending on the car class, which is returned immediately when the car is returned in good condition.

We accept cash, Visa/Mastercard (POS terminal), domestic transfers, and for our B2B partners, official bank account transfers (based on invoice).

Our corporate partners are completely free from additional headaches such as car purchase, depreciation, taxes, insurance, and tire/oil changes. All these technical and legal processes are managed by RaulRent.

We have a 24/7 operative road assistance service. If any technical failure occurs in the car and the repair takes more than 2-3 hours, RaulRent immediately provides a backup car of the same or higher class completely free of charge to the partner company.

Corporate rates and B2B discounts start from minimum 1-month contracts. Completely different, special pricing packages are applied for 6-month and 1-year contracts.
